PSPCL has signed the PPAs on a long term basis with SKR Hydro Power Generators, which will build power units, each with a capacity of 0.4MW, in Bibiwala in Bathinda and Parowal in Gurdaspur.
The hydro power units are expected to be commissioned in October and December 2012, respectively.
Both power projects are expected to cost more than INR10crore ($2.03m).
