The exploration program will include airborne geophysics, first-pass diamond drilling and down-hole geophysics.
Aeroquest Airborne has been contracted to carry out airborne geophysical survey over the Songo license.
The airborne geophysics will be undertaken on Mozambi Coal’s Muturara and Tete West licenses during the fourth quarter of 2011.
The firm has signed an agreement with Mozambique SA, to enable it to conduct preliminary drilling program of between 3000 – 5000m and to conduct technical due diligence on its’ Songo license.
The initial drilling program is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2011 or second quarter of 2012 depending on weather conditions.
