The firm has received the results from the drill holes CAD11-06, CAD11-07 and CAD11-08, which were drilled to the eastern end of the Caramal deposit to test for down dip extensions to the north.
CAD11-08 intersected high grade uranium mineralisation within chloritic chert breccias down dip, including an interval of 7metres @ 10,032ppm U3O8 from 40m.
CAD11-06, which was drilled about 1.1km to the east of holes CAD11-07 and CAD11-08, intersected brecciated schists of the lower part of the Cahill Formation confirming that prospective lithologies occur to the east and south of previous drilling.
The firm will continue the drilling to target both the immediate Caramal deposit area and regional targets.
The firm will focuss on extending drilling into November and the onset of the wet season to pursue these targets and maximise the outcomes of this initial field season.
