Sunvalley Solar will build the power system with high efficient photovoltaic panels from Tianwei New Energy and solar inverters from Advanced Energy Industries.
The contract is supported by solar incentive rebates from the local utility company and from federal tax cash grants from the federal treasury department.
The implementation of the solar power project will commence in early 2012.
