The facility is to be installed in the Complexo Petroquimica Rio de Janeiro, now under construction in Itaborai, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The scope of work includes detailed design, procurement and construction (EPC) at an investment of about JYP180 billion ($2.3bn).

The units to be constructed include raw water treatment facility of capacity: 2,000 m3/hr, waste water treatment facility of capacity: 750 m3/hr, power of 260MW and steam supply facility of 1,000 ton/hr.

The project is scheduled to be completed in 2014.
