The terms of the contract have not been disclosed.

Calpine’s OEC will supply power starting from 1 June 2014 until 2035.

WFEC initially will purchase 160MW of OEC capacity and that amount will increase in increments up to a maximum of 280MW in 2019-2035.

The OEC is a combined-cycle power plant which generates up to 1,134MW of electricity using natural gas produced in Coweta.

The transaction is subject to conditions precedent, including obtaining required transmission service.
