The first project in Jiuquan City will produce 200MW power annually, the second project in Jayuguan City will consist of 200MW over three years, and the third project in Zhangye City will generate 200MW electricity over two years.
LDK Solar chairman and chief executive officer Xiaofeng Peng said the company continues to expand its presence in solar industry through these three projects in China.
"These contracts demonstrate continued demand for PV project development services within China," said Peng.
China-based LDK Solar is a vertically integrated manufacturer of photovoltaic products.
