The company had earlier received water and Quartz mining license for the project.
Expansion will involve drilling of 1,500 reverse circulation holes and 1,500 diamond core holes using eight drill rigs, mechanized trenching up to 12,000m3 and expansion of fuel storage capacity.
Other infrastructure works will include construction and use of up to 61km of new access roads across the project, expansion of the existing 45 person camp facility to a 120 person camp facility and use of vehicles exceeding 40 tons on existing roads.
Golden Predator chairman and CEO William Sheriff said the permit will enable the company to expand exploration, simultaneously advancing towards restarting the Brewery Creek mine by amending its existing Quartz Mining License.
"Our ability to access and fully drill test these new discoveries creates the opportunity for Brewery Creek’s resources to grow, ultimately supporting a longer term operation," Sheriff added.
Brewery Creek includes NI 43-101 compliant resources of 581,000 indicated gold ounces in 20.417 million tons at 0.89 g/t and 346,000 inferred gold ounces in 12.990 million tons at 0.83 g/t.
