CEC, which is Atlanta-based distributor, specializes in instrumentation valves, heat tracing and automation solutions.
Eads provides engineered flow control, instrumentation, filtration and related products and services to process-type businesses such as refining, petrochemical, oil and gas production, and other industries using highly specialized equipment.
Eads president Steve Albert said the acquisition of CEC continues company’s expansion strategy and diversifies customer base.
"The additional product lines and customer base were naturally attractive to Eads, but it’s also important that the cultures align.
CEC’s management team fits well with our culture, and we warmly welcome Chris Cameron and Tim Bishop to Eads," Albert added.
