The upgrade project of the distillate hydrocracker unit in the Zeeland Refinery located at Vlissingen, Netherlands, is aimed to increase the output and clear the bottleneck of the unit’s reaction and fractionation sections.
The value of the contract was not disclosed by the companies.
Foster Wheeler’s scope of work is expected to be completed by June 2014.
