The Alexia Claim geology is located in close proximity to Goldquest’s and Unigold’s recent discoveries.
Santo Mining’s exploration team expects to identify considerable gold prospects with a comprehensive 2-D investigation in the next few weeks.
Santo Mining President Alain French said that Alexia complements the company’s acquisition strategy and represents its first portfolio addition.
"Based on the overall geology as well as the number of high-quality mining companies in the surrounding vicinity, we believe it has outstanding potential for exploration," said French.
