Yonden Engineering will be the design and construction of the project that will be operated by a subsidiary of Eurus Energy.
Construction of the project is expected to start in October 2012 with operations slated for March 2014.
The power plant will generate enough power for 9,600 households in the region reducing 11,000t of CO2 emissions.
