The well, which targeted Pirkoh Limestone formation of Eocene age, has indicated around 20m of potential hydrocarbon bearing zone.
Jura said the wireline logging of the hole has been completed and running in of production casing is in progress.
The joint venture partners are involved in the process of finalizing the testing program for the well, while Jura holds 10.66% working interest in the Guddu block, which is operated by Oil and Gas Development.
Jura, which is engaged in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas properties in Pakistan, conducts its business in the country through its subsidiaries, Frontier Holdings and Spud Energy.
