The Punto Fijo plant is expected to commence operations in the fourth quarter of 2014 and will deliver around 150 million standard cubic ft of gas per day.
Valerus CEO Steve Gill said the company is looking forward to continue track record for safely delivering scalable, flexible solutions in Latin America and beyond.
"Valerus is proud to have been awarded this contract to again partner with Cardón IV and to have the opportunity to continue working together to provide energy infrastructure in Venezuela," Gill added.
In November 2013, the company also secured a contract for engineering, procurement and construction of a gas conditioning and condensate stabilization facility in the country.
