Dudgeon Offshore

The contract awarded by Dudgeon Offshore Wind includes storage, transportation and installation of monopiles, transition pieces, jackets, and the offshore substation jacket and topside.

According to Seaway, the installation work will commence between March and May 2016 and estimated to completed in August 2016.

The project lies to the north of the Sheringham Shoal wind farm where Seaway has installed wind turbine generator foundations and substation topsides in 2011 on behalf of Statoil and Statkraft.

Seaway senior vice president renewable energy Bob Dunsmore said, ”The award of this prestigious contract provides Seaway Heavy Lifting with the opportunity to build on our existing relationship with the Dudgeon Offshore Wind Limited owners.
