The project includes three exploration licenses – 5572L, 6216L and 6172.
Two of these licenses are said to be located along strike from Syrah Resources and Triton Resources graphite resources, and host similar geology of the graphite bearing unit of these previously discovered deposits.
The initial exploration program, which will be managed by the MSA Group, will include a site visit and geological mapping and sampling program to identify the graphite potential of the project.
The results will help design next phase of exploration, which could include first phase drilling program.
Metals of Africa expects to commence work in early July 2014 and report the results late the same month.
