Located in East Anglia, UK, the four sites will have a clean, renewable electricity capacity of up to 66MWp and are scheduled to be completed by February 2015.

Push Energy will work with landowners, local stakeholders, planners and the power networks in order to deliver renewable, green power into the grid for local use.

Push Energy finance director Jason Wallis said: "Solar PV farms have an important role to play in the U.K.’s long-term energy security.

Yingli Green Energy chairman and chief executive officer Liansheng Miao said: "It also supports our long-term commitment to the U.K. market where we see sustainable growth potential in the coming years."

Meanwhile, Yingli had reported loss, which was bigger than expected, in the second quarter and as result had cut its forecast for 2014 panel shipments, due to high duties in the US.

The company predicts to ship 3.6-3.8 gigawatts (GW) of panels this year, which is down from its previous forecast of 4-4.2 GW.

Yingli expects the shipments to US to represent only one-tenth of total shipments the following quarter.

The company faces a tariff of 42.33%, which is way too higher than the industry average tariff of about 31%.

Tariffs vary from company to company as it is based on the US Department of Commerce’s assessment of a firm’s ‘dumping’ practices, reports Reuters.

The company’s revenues fell to $549.5m from $550.4m.

The overall gross profit grew from 11.8% in the second quarter of fiscal 2013 to 15.6% in the corresponding quarter of 2014, which helped reduce the net loss to $46m, from $52.3m in the corresponding period of the previous year.
