Under the contract, Vestas will supply, install and commission the 21 V90-2.0MW turbines, along with a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution.
Scheduled to be installed in the province of Radziejów in kujawsko-pomorskie, the wind power plant has estimated electricity generation of over 100 GWh per year.
Vestas is expected to deliver the wind turbines in the second quarter of 2015 and will be commissioned in the third quarter of 2015.
Vestas Northern Europe president Klaus Steen Mortensen said: "As a business partner Vestas will ensure a flawless execution of the project to maximize the business case for ERG. It is a long-term partnership we embark on every time we sign an order for Vestas turbines."
Designed for great reliability, serviceability and availability, the V90-2.0MW IEC IIA/IIIA turbines design and performance ensures energy generation from low- to medium-wind sites at a low cost, Vestas claimed.
Till date, Vestas has delivered approximately 540 wind turbines, totaling more than 1,100MW, to Poland.
Vestas claimed that its more than 52,000 wind turbines reduced carbon emissions by over 60 million tons every year while strengthening energy security and independence.
