Gautam Bambawale, Indian Ambassador to Bhutan and Sh. Mukesh Jain, Joint Secretary (Hydro), Ministry of Power, Govt. of India and officials the Kholongchu Project, SJVN, DGPC and officials of the Royal Govt. of Bhutan.
