The newly formed JV, GE Fuji Meter, builds upon GE’s smart meter technology and Fuji Electric’s Japan-based manufacturing and sales network to provide quality, cost-effective meters to the country.
GE holds a 49.99% equity stake in the JV, while Fuji Electric holds the remaining 50.01% equity stake.
