The mining concessions comprise 400ha in Lajon Huayobamba area, in the Huaranchal district of Otuzco province.

The company also signed a deal with Percana to buy an additional 600ha adjacent to the 400ha property after additional due diligence, including an ongoing arbitration process.

Under the deal, Aim Exploration will have mining and exploration rights on all three properties.

Mining consulting firm Gustavson Associates has recently completed an assessment of the mining concessions. The report recommended a drilling program for the next phase of exploration.

In parallel, Aim Exploration has acquired 40% interest in 648ha Feldspar project in the Philippines. The property is said to host Feldspar, Silica sand and Limestone.

The company gains access to feldspar mining properties and processing facility in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.
