Under the contract, A2SEA will supply its offshore installation vessel Sea Installer for the installation of 67 Siemens 6MW turbines.
Located 32km off the North Norfolk coast in water depths of 18m to 25m, the £1.5bn wind farm is being developed by Statoil, Masdar and Statkraft.
A2SEA CEO Jens Frederik Hansen said: "We have great experience with installation of the 6MW Siemens turbine from two former projects, and our skilled teams both on board SEA INSTALLER and at the office have secured a solid, efficient and safe solution to install the turbines for Statoil.
"We are very pleased to continue our cooperation and partnership with Statoil for installation of turbines, which started on their first offshore wind project Sheringham Shoal, and now continues on the Dudgeon project."
Scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2017, the Dudgeon wind farm will generate enough electricity for about 400,000 homes in the UK.
Statoil and Masdar each own 35% stake in the Dudgeon project while Statkraft holds the remaining interest.
