Mr Tait worked at Ceska rafinerska, a subsidiary of the Unipetrol holding, from 1996 to October 2007. Between 2005 and 2007, he was the head of the internal audit and risk management department at the company.
Mr Tait studied at the University of Calgary between 1999 and 2002 and obtained his MBA degree there. He also graduated from courses at the University of DePaul Chicago and the US Business School in Prague.
