Mr Gabbianelli will be responsible for financial operations functions and will lead risk-assessment efforts related to major acquisitions, projects and contracts. In addition, he will manage corporate contract execution for company-wide contracts and will act as Westinghouse’s primary internal control officer, directing internal audits and Japan financial instruments and exchange law activities.
He will also have responsibility for the company’s external audit relationships. Mr Gabbianelli will report to Kazumasa Uchida, senior vice president and chief finance officer of Westinghouse.
