Mr Antony, who provided day to day direction of company activities, monitored all operational details, and participated in the early planning and development of the company, played a key role in the CAD$30.1m private placement closed in December, 2006.

George Glasier, founder, and former president and CEO, resigned from both his senior management role and his director’s seat with Energy Fuels, effective March 31, 2010.

The mill license is expected to be granted early in 2011. Mr Glasier will continue as a special consultant to the board of directors of Energy Fuels through December 31, 2011.
