The Ocean Worker rig received a six-year commitment that could earn maximum total revenue of $591 million. The rig is expected to begin work in Brazil in the third quarter of 2008.

The Ocean Yatzy rig received a five-year commitment under which the unit could earn maximum total revenue of approximately $447 million for work expected to continue until the fourth quarter of 2014.

The Ocean Winner rig received a five-year commitment under which the rig could earn maximum total revenue of approximately $493 million for work expected to continue until the first quarter of 2015.

The Ocean Alliance rig received a six-year commitment under which the unit could earn maximum total revenue of approximately $748 million for work expected to continue until the third quarter of 2015.
