Last month, the company signed an agreement to acquire this wind project from Energia Renovable Hondurenas (ERHSA).
The wind farm is currently in the early feasibility stage of development, allowing Minerco to control in the feasibility, development, design and construction phases of the project.
Construction of the wind project is expected to begin in 2013.
