Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2010. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2011 and will be located in the Bandirma province in the north-western part of Turkey.
The power plant is expected to produce approximately 333,000MWh of power per year, saving the environment from approximately 160,000 tons of CO2 on an annual basis.
