Under the agreement, FMC will supply eight subsea water injection trees and wellheads, two manifolds and control systems, with options for an umbilical and additional controls.
FMC will engineer and manufacture the equipment at its facilities in Kongsberg, Norway and Dunfermline, Scotland.
The deliveries of subsea equipment are slated to commence in the first quarter of 2012.
The award is subject to Norwegian parliament approval of the Plan for Development and Operation.
