Peabody stated that in his new role, Mr Navarre has executive responsibility for the firm’s global sales and trading, business development, strategic planning, generation and Btu conversion initiatives, resource development opportunities, international growth initiatives, business performance and investor relations and corporate communications.
Mr Navarre has been chief financial officer of the company since 1999 and has 25 years of varied financial and business management experience.
