Log analysis was performed following which the well encountered several potentially productive zones over a gross interval in the Earlsboro Sand formation from 3626ft to 3648ft.
The well also encountered the Woodford Shale from 3972ft to 4130ft, the Hunton from 4130ft to 4165ft, the Simpson from 4344ft to 4356ft, and the Wilcox from 4394ft to 4408ft.
Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner said that the company encountered five possible pay zones on the way down each with good-looking mud log shows.
"We have 158ft of good-looking Woodford Shale that we are analyzing as a possible horizontal play here as well,"
