Petrol World reported that Verifone received certification for its OP4100 payment device used in the Secure PumpPay fuel dispenser and that the device was working flawlessly across locations worldwide.
The device meets all the requisite payment, regulatory and safety regulations and also keeps consumer card data confidential, according to Petrol World.
Verifone’s network of 3,000 authorized service contractors who specialize in servicing fuel dispensers are being trained to install the Secure PumpPay system, according to Petrol World.
