Royal Quantum has earned a 36% interest in this well by the sale of 64 units at a price of $2,500 a unit. As per the terms of the financing Royal Quantum will distribute 67% of its net revenue obtained from the Gleason #4-16 to the unit holders.
Management is continuing its review of additional opportunities for taking part in the drilling of oil and gas wells in the region to raise shareholder value.
