ENN Solar is a producer of silicon tandem junction solar modules. The company said that it has recently achieved 9.2% stabilized aperture efficiency in its Applied SunFab thin film production line. At this efficiency, each ultra-large 5.7 m2 thin film module produces over 500W of clean electricity.
