Daqo New Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Daqo New Energy Holdings and JNE’s affiliate, JNE Solar plan to build the 25MW facility.
The facility will begin commercial production in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Daqo will provide 85% of the $5m ($5.2m) and the rest will be secured from JNE, under the phase one development scheme.
