The move has been taken following completion of the 3D seismic program, last year in which 15 drill locations were identified.
The drilling program was initiated after an extensive review the regional and local geological mapping, the core data and the well performance of the existing regional wells.
Of the 15 locations, seven are targeting new reservoirs and the other eight are development wells of existing reservoirs.
