The tenements EL 9319 and EL 9414 cover 724km2 and 387km2 respectively are situated geologically within the highly prospective Murphy uranium province.
According to the agreement, Laramide can earn 51% in the tenements with the expenditure of A$10m ($10.57m) over a four -year period on exploration and development.
Currently RTX is finalizing the exploration agreements for the programme to commence, including approval for uranium exploration.
Laramide Resources president and CEO Marc Henderson said the continuing exploration will result in further discoveries in the district and exploration costs and ultimately operating parameters should benefit significantly from the proximity to Westmoreland.
