As a part of the contract, the natural resource exploration technology firm will deploy its Sub-Terrain Prospecting technology over a 200km² area to complete the analysis of region within four months.
Terra Energy & Resource Technologies CEO Dmitry Vilbaum stated, "We have started expanding into the Middle Eastern markets together with our partner in the region Petrosas, and we are encouraged that we signed this contract with such a world renowned oil company as KOC."
Terra Energy won the contract as a result of a public tender called ‘Satellite Based New Mapping Technique to Provide Subsurface Structural Features for North and South Ratqa Field’ announced by KOC in 2012.
