Following discussions, E.ON, EDF and Eni’s offers for Gaz de France’s (GDF) stake in Distrigas have been shortlisted.
GDF is expected to conduct further negotiations with the shortlisted bidders with a view to achieving a definitive agreement.
GDF noted that the decision will be made before the end of June 2008, so that the disposal can proceed as soon as its merger with Suez is completed.
