Mr Anderson has been named manager of Tesoro’s Kapolei refinery in Hawaii. The change is effective immediately.
Mr Berger has more than 20 years of refining industry experience and was the operations manager at the Mandan refinery prior to accepting his new position.
He has also held roles as Mandan’s business manager and commercial marketing manager for the Northern Great Plains region.
