The company said that the NRC has determined that no major environmental impacts preclude licensing of the uranium project.
Two reports are required to be completed in conjunction with the Final NRC Source and Byproduct Materials License (final license): the SEIS and the Safety Evaluation Report (SER).
With the SEIS complete, the NRC is also completing the process of obtaining final approvals of the SER, which is anticipated to be issued with the final license.
