Initial efforts will focus on transportation of crude oil from producing fields throughout Colombia to refineries and terminals in country.
Mustang will provide integrated engineering services which include hydraulic system modeling, project management, procurement, environmental permitting, GIS, survey, drafting and construction management/inspection support.
Mustang will also focus on infrastructure development to support existing petrochemical operations and upgrade of pipeline systems to enhance leak detection for increased environmental protection and security.
The agreement includes an optional two-year extension.
