This well, which is being operated by Devon Energy, is a 15,900ft total measured depth well located in the prolific Buffalo Wallow field in the Texas Panhandle.
The well is targeting the Granite Wash sections A through G, and it is anticipated that the well will reach total depth in about 37 days.
The company is expected to commence well completion and testing during the first week of September.
