The company said the funding will help it take advantage of the need for new and expanded infrastructure required by the continued growth of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil production in the US.
Denham Capital managing partner Bill Zartler said that Denham is looking forward to assisting Tradition Midstream’s continued growth.
"This partnership builds on the success of Denham’s existing oil and gas portfolio and will provide crucial capital for US oil and gas infrastructure over the next decade," Zartler said.
Tradition Midstream is focused on designing, building, owning, operating and acquiring midstream assets to provide services to energy producers and consumers.
