New York is the first state to benefit from the company’s natural gas and electricity services, featuring ongoing rewards program for all customers.
According to the company, the new service is now fully available in the Con Edison, National Grid (Keyspan NY and Niagara Mohawk regions), Orange & Rockland, and National Fuel Gas markets.
Energy Plus president Kevin Kleinschmidt said the company’s recent adoption rates confirm that the majority of New Yorkers prefer to switch both natural gas and electricity services to an alternative energy provider at the same time, and thousands of homes and businesses will benefit from Energy Plus’ new, combined offering.
Energy Plus supplies electricity services to over 160,000 customers in seven competitive energy states, as well as natural gas services in New York state through its affiliate Energy Plus Natural Gas.
