Under the contract, L&T will provide services for the pipeline which is expected to be commissioned in two years.
The pipeline will supply will supply natural gas to Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company’s (Takreer) refinery expansion at Ruwais and to Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority in Shuweihat.
L&T has also been awarded a $250m contract from PTTEP International, for its phase-1A of Zawtika development project in Gulf of Martaban, Myanmar.
The project includes installation of three wellhead topsides and three jackets in a water depth of 130-150m, along with 21km of 18" subsea pipelines.
