Vindkraft and Vestas had already commissioned the 9MW Novorossiske wind power plant in 2011/12.
The scope of the contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of seven V112-3.0 MW wind turbines, besides a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution.
Delivery will begin at the end of the third quarter of 2013, and its commissioning is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2013.
Vindkraft managing director Carl Sturen said they were happy to continue their collaboration with Vestas in Ukraine.
"For our new wind power plants Beregovaya and Stavki we once again choose Vestas because of their leadership in the wind energy business and our belief that they have the necessary technology, experience and reliability to develop a young market like Ukraine," said Sturen.
The wind power plants will contribute to the goal of Ukraine to increase its wind energy capacities.
These two wind power plants will produce more than 70 GWh per year, which is adequate to power more than 15,000 Ukrainian households.
