Under the first €28m contract, the company will construct 260km of 132kV lines, 20km of 220 V lines, seven new substations and five bay enlargements in existing substations in 220kV and 132kV in Madhya Pradesh.
The second €14m award includes procurement, design, supply and installation of the 220kV, 132kV and 66kV sub-stations and 66kV bays at Gurgaon and Sonepat in Haryana, India.
Awarded by Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL), the contract represents Isolux’s first assignment for the GIS substation in India.
Isolux is currently constructing and operating more than 1,600km of electric power transmission lines in Uttar Pradesh.
