The system, which is underpinned by long-term agreement with Felix Energy, will serve producers in the Sooner Trend, the Anadarko Basin and Canadian and Kingfisher counties (Stack) play.
It will connect to multiple downstream pipelines that will provide access to the market center at Cushing.
Planned to be commissioned by the fourth quarter this year, the crude oil system will feature a 20-mile pipeline, storage and truck unloading facility in east of Okarche, Oklahoma.
A 210-mile gathering system will be developed to provide wellhead services.
To transport crude oil from the wellhead to the terminal during construction, a fleet of trucks will be used.
The terminal will be designed to unload 16,000 barrels per day and store 20,000 barrels with plans to expand to 70,000 barrels.
