The modules will be installed on distributed rooftop solar projects in Guangdong and Hainan provinces.
The first set of PV modules has already been delivered by the Chinese module maker.
CSE is a unit of China Southern Power Grid (CSG), which invests, builds and operates power networks and is one of the two largest electric utility companies in China.
JinkoSolar chairman Xiande Li said: "We are optimistic about the development of distributed solar projects in China with the strong support from National Energy Administration.
"With the domestic market in transition from ground-mounted to distributed solar projects, we are glad to work with CSE to jointly promote the development of distributed generation and to optimize energy mix in China."
According to Bloomberg New Energy Finance, China’s installations are expected to exceed 17GW this year, an increase on previous estimate of around 15GW.
JinkoSolar distributes solar products and provides solutions and services to customer in China, the US, Japan, Germany, the UK, Chile, South Africa, India, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Italy, Spain, France and Belgium, among others.
As of March, the company has connected around 617MW solar energy projects to the grid.
